UX Content Writer

Would you like to..?

• Create clear, consistent, and impactful copy across all of our product interfaces
• Make data-informed decisions around content and its impact
• Collaborate with product managers, strategists, developers, and researchers
• Use data and research to evaluate UX content design’s impact and uncover opportunities for improvements
• Create a cohesive content experience that encompasses every user touchpoint within the product
• Streamline the UX content design workflow

We would like you to have...

• Ability to take complex concepts and make them easy to understand using simple, human words
• Ability to find potential problems that our customers might have with our copy / designs
• A strategic thinker who's creatively-driven and obsessed with technology. Someone with extensive experience in creating and delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
• Confident working in multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists and comfortable navigating agile production environments.
• A problem solver with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
• Fluent in English and Danish!
