A bit more about this role:
Our Member Experience & Engagement team is entrusted with architecting and executing on key elements of our mission. The team is responsible for ensuring a consistent experience across member touch points while making sure that we deliver on our promise of a coordinated and easy member experience. And that starts with a clear, thoughtful approach to content strategy. Our ability to meaningfully connect with members — wherever they are on their healthcare journey — will drive our success in creating a loved consumer brand unique in the industry.
This role will be responsible for developing both strategy and content for digital member-facing communications — with a specific focus on messaging and conversation design. The Sr. Content Designer will develop member-facing content to support key customer experience metrics like first-contact resolution and next-issue avoidance (i.e., how do we proactively serve members the right content at the right time?). This role will be an amazing opportunity to work at the intersection of customer experience, design, health communication, and technology — the very heart of our strategy.
This position can be based in our Waltham, MA office — or remote. The position will work east coast hours.
