Job description

Dion Lee has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Content Coordinator to work on our multi-faceted USA business. In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will be working closely with the brand, marketing and online teams to develop and facilitate social media content strategies, photographic assets, email campaign support and other ad-hoc duties. This individual should be highly organized with an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape, strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing social media + content strategy to strengthen brand identity and grow a global audience
  • Support the brand + marketing team in building strategic campaigns to innovate across all social media platforms and amplify messaging across retail, wholesale and digital channels
  • Maintain the Dion Lee tone of voice throughout all social touchpoints
  • Liaise with production and sales departments to ensure alignment of product delivery and content release
  • Coordinate with marketing, PR and communication teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Strategize innovative content ideas to enter new social platforms for the brand
  • Monitor and report on social media conversion and analytics
  • Management of all photographic assets and image library organization
  • Work closely with brand manager and e-commerce teams across marketing objectives from DIONLEE.com + e-newsletters
  • Be proactive and entrepreneurial in researching new ways to communicate with our audience
  • Monitor and report on social media conversion and analytics

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years of relevant social media/digital marketing/creative experience, in the house or at an agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications or a related creative field is preferred
  • Experience with social media platform management, with a deep understanding of popular and emerging social networks, both globally and regionally
  • High proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly organized with a strong understanding of the Dion Lee brand
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels
