The mission:
Search and analyze all perceptions, feelings and impressions related to the customer through their interactions with the company's channels, employees, products and systems, aiming to provide them with the best possible experience, and consequently, increasing revenue and brand promoters. Measure efforts and understand what needs to be done to reduce friction in the consumer journey, helping to reduce costs, improve brand awareness and stand out from the competition.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
The challenge of this new DM will be:
- Design the user experience in order to maximize the delivery of value, from the survey of needs and/or finding ways to implement solutions, functionalities and requirements defined for the product;
- Know the needs of customers in depth;
- Identify and prioritize improvements with a focus on user experience;
- Design solutions and perform tests to ensure usability;
- Collaborate and influence the implementation of the product;
- Work with conversational design within the company's channels, proposing and optimizing flows and phraseologies;
- Help generate good experiences in many different areas;
- Identify dissatisfied users and gather areas to prioritize and propose solutions.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
First of all, you need to identify with our purpose, which is to value people without leaving anyone behind, then have:
- Graduated;
- Experience as a UX Writer;
- Experience in solutions such as chatbots, conversational interfaces or customer service channels;
- Knowledge in conducting and performing usability tests;
- Document, organize and share conversational flows;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and UX frameworks.
It will make a difference:
- Have worked with artificial intelligence or IVR
