Dropbox is a leading global collaboration platform that's transforming the way people work together, from the smallest business to the largest enterprise. With more than 500 million registered users across more than 180 countries, our mission is to design a more enlightened way of working. From our headquarters in San Francisco to eight dedicated Studios and a worldwide team of employees who choose where they work best, our Virtual First approach is leading the way in the future of work.
Our Communications team brings the Dropbox story to life and shares it with the world. From product announcements to user stories to speaking engagements, our work takes many forms and reaches diverse, international audiences. We build compelling narratives to help people connect with our product, brand, and vision.

Your work will uplift company-wide events by creating compelling, engaging, and inspiring content, and you’ll help dictate our strategy for amplifying our culture in a Virtual First environment. You’ll help us figure out the right way, the right times, and the right channels to reach our employees.
What will you get out of it? You’ll be joining a “startup” within the established Internal Communications and Culture team that is responsible for reimagining the employee experience, creating high-quality content, and driving meaningful cultural change. We are creative and driven, globally-minded, open to risk-taking, and heaps of fun.
