Are you passionate about crafting great content and looking to have an impact on millions of customers worldwide? As a content designer on the Managed Payments content design team, you’ll ensure we’re constantly delivering world class experiences by crafting and editing clear, consistent, and easy to understand customer service content for our sellers.
You’ll champion our style guide, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, and understand how online content works across devices, as well as being comfortable interpreting content performance data to measure performance and inspire change.
Beyond the content design team, you’ll partner with internal partners across the organization such as content strategy, customer service design, seller experience, user research, development, and user experience design, and play a key role in how we help our sellers to help themselves.
