Senior UX Writer / Content Designer

Content Strategy:

• You develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience across digital platforms
• You create clear, concise, and engaging content that guides users through our products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience

Collaborate with Design Teams:

• You work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers and tech, product and marketing writers to integrate content seamlessly into the overall design, providing input on wireframes, prototypes, and final designs

Content Testing:

• You conduct and participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements to content

Consistency and Standards:

• You establish and maintain content guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, contributing to the overall voice and tone of the brand for all languages that EGYM provides

Stakeholder Engagement:

• You engage with stakeholders to understand content needs, gather requirements, and communicate content strategies and decisions

Your fitness level

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Writer or UX Content Designer (m/f/d), simplifying complex information to highlight key points for customers

Writing Skills: You possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills producing customer-centric content that elevates design and enhances user experience

Content Strategy: You have proven experience in developing and implementing content strategies that enhance user experience, including strategies for multiple language support and catering to both B2B and B2B2C customers

Soft Skills: You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, along with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

User Research: You have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and using data to inform content decisions

Tools Proficiency: You are proficient with content management systems and design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI writing support tools

Languages: You are fluent in English, with German or other languages being a plus

Your training goal for your first 6 months
