Are you a content specialist who creates engaging experiences across all digital touchpoints? Are you creative-minded and strategic? Do you manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines?

Then you have an opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team of UX designers, experience consultants, creatives and developers to deliver on campaigns for clients within sectors ranging from Retail, Entertainment, Media, Life Sciences and much more.

We create digital experiences across all sectors, so being curious about a wide range of industries is a must. You’ll have a keen understanding of the importance of brand strategy, and a desire to really understand what makes users tick, in order to create the best experiences possible.

Content Strategists at EPAM are responsible for driving the content strategy stream on complex high-profile digital projects – everything from new website designs to migration, to omni-channel strategies.


  • Create content strategies (along with KPIs) which support audience, business and brand goals
  • Support the design and help support content strategy workshops and working sessions with clients and colleagues
  • Create content strategy deliverables such as content audits and inventories, page tables, structured content models and taxonomies
  • Define content governance models and workflows
  • Ensure content conforms to SEO best practices
  • Create structured content for CMS implementers
  • Create taxonomies and frameworks for grouping and tagging content


  • 5 years+ professional experience as a Content Strategist, ideally in an agency environment
  • A sound understanding of content strategy’s role in the digital design process
  • Experience producing Content Strategy deliverables
  • Great team player with an ability and desire to collaborate across disciplines
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and their effect on content strategy
  • Avid follower of developments in content strategy as a discipline
  • Experience working within multiple channels (web content, mobile apps, video, advertising, whitepapers, interaction copy, etc.)
