MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

  • Writing and copy editing
  • E-commerce/internet content development experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Ability to turn complex internal requirements into easy-to-understand help articles for customers
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience working with stakeholders and leading writing projects
  • Experience utilizing style guides and following writing guidelines


  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of AEM
  • Understanding SEO best practices
  • Experience managing an editorial style guide
  • Experience performing QA/UAT
  • Familiarity with Telecommunication processes and plans/product/service offerings


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Shift: Standard 9-5 shift
