As a Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end digital content production process using various enterprise content management systems.
This will include setting up and updating product content, devices, promotions, images, and other assets, leveraging various CMS capabilities, and your knowledge of the client content management platform, site architecture and product offerings.
Responsibilities:
Leverage various enterprise content management systems to set up and manage a variety of product and commerce-focused content (merchandise, promotions, images, etc.).
Reconcile and effectively manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with a high degree of change tolerance and the ability to push forward with an acceptable amount of pending requirements.
Interact with our workflow management system (JIRA) to review implementation requirements, update status, and communicate with stakeholders.
Thoroughly test all work in pre-production and production environments to ensure high content quality and adherence to requirements
Collaborate with key business and operational stakeholders to review both content requirements and implementation.
Leverage the established content production and publishing workflows to propagate updates to testing and production environments.
Participate in daily, weekly, and ad hoc meetings to align on work, timing, changes, and other topics relevant to content management operations.
Identify the impact of requested changes to content, and execute those changes safely and quickly.
Troubleshoot and help address bugs, errors, and other issues related to content display..
Understand and troubleshoot system integration across multiple platforms impacting products online. This includes pricing, inventory, plans, features and other data feeds impacting the site.
Participate in the identification and implementation of tool and process improvements related to content management.
Participate in the collection and analysis of data related to content management volume, velocity, and quality.
Train new hires on how to execute content management processes and best practices.
Own and develop documentation related to content management processes and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
Content Managers are responsible for leading pre and post-production testing of the content they implement and ensuring that all key stakeholders have reviewed and approved the updates prior to publishing changes to client websites and mobile apps.
In addition, you will play a hands-on role in both identifying and improving the tools and processes to manage content through the analysis of the current state, solution design, development of requirements, and participation in the implementation process.
You'll Need To Have:
Ability to work constructively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment to ensure the on-time delivery of time-sensitive projects, including evening and weekend work as required.
6-10 years experience in enterprise-level, consumer-facing, digital content management
Required knowledge of JIRA or any equivalent workflow/defect management tool
Preferred knowledge of any Catalog Management System (CMS)
