We’re looking for a creative Product Content Specialist. Is it you?

The Product Content Specialist researches and creates content related to HR topics, benefits, and industry for Evive products and communications. While the primary focus of this role is communications content, there will be opportunities to influence content across all Evive products and solutions. This role is integral to Evive’s growth as an organization and will be able to help deliver value to each customer. 

Here’s what a Product Content Specialist does at Evive (for people who like bullet lists):

  • Own content creation for Evive products, solutions, and communications
  • Research, create, and develop (copywriting) new, engaging communications, including all aspects of a Communications Campaign (notifications, banners, emails, etc.)
  • Evaluate, revise, and maintain current Evive communications and product content
  • Build and maintain an enterprise-wide knowledge base of content management procedures and protocol
  • Work cross-functionality with the design resources on the visual aspects of content
  • Work cross-functionality with the customer and communications team on ad-hoc customer communications requests
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of product content efforts
  • Function as a subject matter expert for the product organization and as well as the broader Evivie organization
  • All other duties as assigned

You bring a lot to the table.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Benefits knowledge and experience required
  • Human Resources knowledge and experience preferred
  • Knowledge of digital products & principles/best practices preferred (including User Experience, User Interface, Copywriting, and Content Management Systems)
  • Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to translate Human Resource trends into Communication Content Strategy
  • Strong grammatical and proofreading skills
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external business partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
