Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create, edit, and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, API guides, white papers, and FAQs. Collaborate on creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns that showcase the company's expertise and innovations. Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, end-user content. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards to ensure fast and efficient content delivery. Participate in efforts evaluation to help planning product delivery and customer readiness. Curious on leveraging AI tools for content generation.
- Content Management: Use modern content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, GitHub) to organize and maintain content repositories. Implement search best practices to enhance the visibility and reach of digital content.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all written materials are accurate, consistent with the company’s tone and style, and aligned with branding guidelines. Perform regular updates to existing content to reflect changes in products, services, or industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Technical Writing, Software or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in technology industry.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare) and multimedia editing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
