6 months maximum assignment duration

ASSIGNMENT LOCATION

Remote; a local candidate would be preferred, however, candidates in the State of Florida and / or Eastern time zone who can work 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday will also be considered.

The resource will assist Enterprise Resiliency Organization in data clean up and normalization of the enterprise Business Impact Analysis (BIA) process. There are currently between 45-48 Business Impact Analysis workbooks that contain 14 worksheets. The workbooks are associated to the business processes for each departments/business unit within all divisions of the organization. These worksheets contain information that is relevant and associated to the people, processes, technologies, and operational resources required, along with the potential quantitative and qualitative impacts and timing of when resources are required.

This will be very time-consuming and will require a person to be focused on completion of these tasks in order to prepare to execute the bi-annual BIA process targeted for approximately 6-8 weeks.

In addition, as a split resource, this contingent worker will also work on process documentation and optimization with the IT Security Team. Such processes include Incident Response Runbooks, security logging monitoring and operations runbooks, data loss prevention operational runbooks, etc. This is also a time-consuming task, and our recommendation is to focus someone for a short period of time on these tasks so that the internal FTEs can focus on operational tasks that need to be completed such as security monitoring, engineering, response, and support; run risk assessments; and support initiatives that come through the Lean Portfolio Kanban and the SDLC process.
