Who You Are
- An excellent writer with experience creating technical documentation for mobile applications.
- Familiar with live-streaming platforms, mobile apps, or similar technology.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and support teams to gather, organize, and present information.
What You Will Do
- Write, edit, and maintain internal knowledge bases to document app features, processes, and updates for team use.
- Create and publish external knowledge bases, including help center articles and user guides, to assist app users in understanding and navigating the platform.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with app development timelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with technical writing tools, content management systems, and help desk platforms.
- A proactive approach to identifying gaps in documentation and a passion for solving user pain points.
- Knowledge of mobile app development processes or experience in the live-streaming or gaming industries is a plus.
