We're looking for an experienced Content Designer, who is passionate about user experience design and creating straightforward, human, helpful copy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Write word-perfect content for the product, documentation, email templates and so on
Maintain our tone and voice at each customer touchpoint by following existing guidelines, proposing new guidelines, and sharing insights and best practices within and outside of the Customer Experience department
Partner with UX designers, product managers and engineers as an expert on voice and writing
Be the go-to person for any product copy requests – button text; error messages; link text etc
Elevate the quality of product copy, making sure it is clear, backed by data, and is compelling and actionable
Create and manage content deliverables (e.g. content audits, strategy and planning documents, microcopy, taxonomies, release notes etc.)
Demonstrate how your content addresses business goals and user needs
WHAT YOU BRING:
An online portfolio highlighting the problems you’ve solved with the solutions you’ve crafted across different touchpoints
You’re a native English speaker (with experience communicating with international audiences)
4+ years of experience writing in a digital / tech environment preferably within, or closely linked to, a UX team
Laser sharp attention to detail
Passion for quality content and thoughtful work
Perfect spelling, grammar and punctuation
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You need to be able to communicate ideas and rationale in an articulate and compelling way
You can work with colleagues to understand detailed requirements and create the appropriate content
Previous experience creating content style guides. Or at least you’ve worked closely with existing ones
An ability to manage and prioritise your workload across multiple projects concurrently
