At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Employees, contingent workers and visitors are no longer required to show proof of vaccination to be on-site. Effective January 2023, Freddie Mac’s hybrid work arrangement is 3 days in the office (specifically Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

Single-Family Marketing and Communications is searching for a highly organized, results-driven self-starter to join our Marketing Operations and Integration team!

Your Impact:

  • Support marketing and communications strategists with content marketing initiatives to promote our brand, attract visitors and drive client engagement and traffic.
  • Produce and manage a content marketing calendar and organization workflows to create regular content on the company website according to standard processes.
  • Coordinate and implement website updates in collaboration with marketing and communications strategists.
  • Provide recommendations for re-purposing content across different mediums including video and social media.
  • Perform regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Collaborate with web design and development staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results
  • Write original web content/copy as needed.
  • Continuously build knowledge through workshops, research, and seminars, and share expertise with team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related professional experience in marketing, communications, and digital content development/management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic SEO understanding (including web traffic metrics), content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
  • Ability to analyze and present useful metrics for content performance.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic technical knowledge of web publishing and HTML

FLSA Status: Exempt

The anticipated annualized base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $164,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
