User experience designers develop information architectures, design interactive experiences and help conduct research to create services and products that our customers love. A deep understanding of our customers is foundational to our design practice.

We are looking for a UX writer who is eager to solve meaningful problems and create seamless experiences spanning a broad digital and physical ecosystem. You'll get a chance to work with a team of creatives from diverse disciplines and industries. Our work environment appeals to self-motivated, flexible team players that have great interpersonal skills and lots of curiosity.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in product design or creating of digital experiences.
• Collaborates closely with designers to craft seamless customer experiences
• Writes clear, accurate and compelling user interface copy
• Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology).
• Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience.

Desired

• Working developing content for wealth management needs.
• Script writing and video production.
• Content strategy.
• Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, and other interactive experiences.

Education

Degree in writing or design
