The Content Experience Team is seeking passionate and talented content designers & content and editorial strategists to help create customer-facing User Interfaces across multiple brands and digital platforms, streamline content workflows, integrate governance standards, and evolve authoring and distribution technologies to create cohesive, intuitive, and relevant content experiences. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, technologists, and business stakeholders to craft meaningful experiences for our customers using iterative, human-centered design.
Ideal candidates will exhibit detailed mastery of the English language, an understanding of and commitment to user-centered design and experience writing for digital products. You will support multi-disciplinary teams focused on translating human needs into viable product concepts. Your work will bring new products, services, and features to life.
The Content Experience Team interfaces with stakeholders cross-functionally to develop beneficial strategies and creative solutions. To support these strategies, we also facilitate coordination with external partners to ensure the successful execution of content creation and distribution.

Compensation: The median level of salary compensation for this role is $90,223.08 - 144,122.52 USD Annual
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
