If yes, the Content Marketing Specialist is the role for you!

Our rapidly growing marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will support copywriting across GeoComply, but have expertise and passion for the Growth and Fraud areas our business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, creating and implementing an end-to-end content strategy to drive thought leadership, raise awareness and support business development efforts across multiple channels and industry verticals. You will play a key role in the launch of new products and services into these industries, and have a material impact on building out new business verticals at GeoComply. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the dynamics of GeoComply’s areas of Growth, Risk Management and Fraud related industries by analyzing market, competitor, technology and other trends that inform a content marketing program that positions and differentiates GeoComply, raises awareness and increases market share.
  • Develop thought-provoking insights and translate them into powerful content that fosters GeoComply’s position as a disruptive force in the Financial Services, Crypto, fintech market through a variety of channels, including white papers, sales tools, digital marketing/email campaigns and social media.
  • Partner with business leaders to set strategic direction and goals for consistent content development and marketing.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to customize content and develop a strong, relevant set of client case studies.
  • Measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities and actions to iterate and improve campaign performance and impact while showcasing the value of marketing programs to GeoComply’s executive team through powerful analytics and storytelling.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience designing and creating marketing content. 
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong writer and editor who can impact an audience emotionally and intellectually, with the intuition to adapt style and tone to suit your audience.
  • Eager, clever, ambitious and deeply curious about the newest ideas, trends and industry developments.
  • Track record of supporting innovative and impactful business decisions and partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen. Sound and independent judgment and reasoning. Thinks and acts strategically; grasps complex ideas and issues.
  • Diplomatic and able to engage, communicate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written. Active interviewer and listener who is adept at understanding competing agendas, building consensus and rapidly moving issues forward in a constructive manner.
  • Highly adaptable and agile; energizes and alerts others to the need for changes while taking responsibility to design or adapt to new ways of doing things within a dynamic environment.
  • Passion, hunger, drive, and the ability to regularly handle a high volume of work along with tight deadlines.

Bonus Points

  • Have experience working in high growth tech companies
  • Have experience in regulated industries, including gaming and financial services
  • University degree in Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing or other related fields.
