The role and the team

It’s an exciting time to join giffgaff’s Experience Design team as a Content Designer. You'll be part of an ambitious, growing team, where you’ll be fully immersed in the product development process. You’ll play an important part in our exciting plans for 2023 and beyond.
Your role will be to deliver the right content at the right time within our member experiences, whilst driving business growth. You’ll work with our product teams, collaborating with product designers and product owners, with input from stakeholders and giffgaff members to bring the Product and Design department vision to life.
You’ll also get the chance to use your writing expertise in other areas of the business, such as marketing copy, social, promotions and customer comms.
Key responsibilities
In a nutshell, your role as a content designer will be to create, evaluate, update and review content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey.
You'll be an excellent writer, who’s comfortable using evidence, data and research to make content decisions. You’ll work closely with our Product Designers at all stages of the UCD process.
