“As a content strategist, I’m responsible for all global content, and I master everything regarding the .com domain. I define the strategy and tells the rest of the team what KPIs they need to look at to improve the overall performance of our growth campaigns. After deciding on the strategy, I make sure that the strategy is executed in the right way, in collaboration with the rest of the marketing content team. Content ranges from white papers, e-books, product launches, awareness campaigns, PR campaigns, or even presentations for webinars and trade shows.”

Why you’re perfect for this job 

  • You have 5 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS company
  • You understand customer journeys and personas, and you know what kind of content will help the team achieve the targets within that journey
  • You know all about building a next-level content strategy in a performance-driven team and company
  • You’re an excellent writer and you love to do the research in order to become an L&D expert yourself, as that will help you to create content that contributes to our targets
  • You have experience with all aspects from content marketing, such as SEO, PR, and brand building
  • You have a strong understanding of inbound marketing and all practices related to it
  • You’re able to analyse the impact of our content activities on traffic and leads
  • You have good command of English, and you’re fluent at least one other European language
  • Experience with standard CMS is a plus

This is what you’ll be doing 

  • You’re responsible for the global content strategy within our company
  • You’ll run reports on the performance of current strategies and come up with ideas to increase growth
  • You’ll coach our juniors to improve their content marketing efforts with regard to impact
  • You’re proactive and you frequently surprise us with new ideas
