About The Job
In this role, you will have significant leadership and influence on documentation development in several product areas. You will define a holistic content strategy for a variety of user experiences or multimedia approaches by defining the problem, articulating the vision, setting goals, helping implement solutions, and measuring effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with senior business partners (Product Managers, Solutions Architects, Cloud Learning, User Experience (UX), Product Marketing, Support, and more) to understand customer user journeys and ensure our content maps to those journeys. You will support and mentor technical writers, collaborate with UX and product management to identify content gaps in their product areas, and design use cases with supporting assets such as text, tutorials, videos, and more. You will ensure that our information architecture improves usability, discovery, and access for our users.
Responsibilities
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
