Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in product marketing, ad sales/strategy, or consulting
  • 3 years of experience in account strategy

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information to shape go-to-market efforts
  • Ability in learning systems and tools, designing, and improving workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills

Global Solutions is the link between Google Ad products and business. In this role, you will focus on harvesting internal data and insights to turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products through promoter activation.

YouTube/Video Global Solutions is the link between Google video products and sales. Our mission is to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world. We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.


  • Manage and own operations between Scaled Solutions (SS) and Google Sales Tools (GST) team to deliver on joint priorities and establishes best practices that help promoters discover and use content on Connect Sales.
  • Partner with GST analysts to build out SS measurement capabilities, reconcile reporting, work with GST product leads on Automated Solutioning for promoters, track ongoing team impact mapping to business growth, or equivalent. 
  • Maintain owned and operated Product and Solution Connect Sales pages, key documents, and topic panels to ensure consistency and optimizes for promoter usability. 
  • Coordinate the communications calendar for SS team across all our programs to ensure it follows best practices and that adjacent teams are aware of opportunities.
  • Partner with content leads and GTM to work with the central localization team to prioritize and track localization efforts of key collateral.
