Content Design at GRIN looks at the way we communicate with our customers as an end-to-end journey. We consider content to be a powerful and essential part of that journey. Our content designers work on the product design team and collaborate across GRIN to champion our design language, tell consistent stories, and craft great customer experiences.
The Senior Content Designer will help establish content strategy, contribute to scoping content projects, design content, perform UX writing, review content to boost consistency and quality, and publish content alongside team members and other groups across GRIN. Core to this role is collaborating with cross-functional members of our team such as designers, developers, product managers, and other subject matter experts to create a clear language that is active, readable, and human.
The Senior Content Designer will operate as an individual contributor who reports to the Director of Product Design. They will contribute to establishing our content design presence at GRIN by working across product teams to optimize product and user experiences, as well as drive revenue through improved content. The ideal candidate has formidable writing skills, thrives in scrum, abstract and critical thinking skills, and a nuanced understanding of design and product user experiences.

United States Base Salary Range
$90,000—$140,000 USD
Canadian Base Salary Range
$70,000—$120,000 CAD
