THE OPPORTUNITY 

We’re looking for a talented Content Strategist Lead to join our Marketing team in São Paulo!

The goal of this area is to turn Gympass into a relevant and inspiring brand. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Help us build a strong and relatable brand for our members through relevant content strategies, always aiming for creative excellence, deep consumer understanding, and data/insights-driven mindset;
  • B2C Insight Hunter; 
  • Lead and craft the editorial strategy, from calendar to execution in partnership with our agencies and the Community Team; 
  • Materializing business goals into authentic, impactful and engaging editorial content;
  • Developing briefs, presenting content strategies, managing partners, and engaging internal/external stakeholders through passion and arguments you strongly believe from the work you'll deliver.  

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 4 years working on comms, preferably in planning or content roles;
  • A plus is an experience in working with brands that are in constant conversation with pop culture, multi-targets, multi-regions, and under a global business plan;
  • Track record of solving complex challenges in a creative effective way always aiming for local relevance contentwise;
  • Agency management;
  • Fluent/advanced English;
  • Culture savviness, deep interest in content/culture behavior knowing how to move brand levers as Influence / Partnerships/ Paid Media /Owned Channels/ etc. to create brand-defining moments;
  • Capable of identifying challenges, trends, and insights to transform them into relevant engaging content solutions; 
  • Analytical and organized;
  • Sense of leadership and knowing how to direct a team of people;
  • Like working in a dynamic environment and know how to work under pressure;
  • Resilient, sense of innovation and urgency;
  • Be fit with the attitudes desired by Gympass.
