Sr. UX Content Strategist

As a UX Content Strategist, you will create for the user! In this position, you will play an essential role in helping users understand and successfully use our products.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers, understanding the nature of the products and gathering user requirements, using your creativity and language skills to translate these requirements into accurate and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Design product content in collaboration with different areas such as product design, research, product, marketing, and engineering to take products from conception to release.
• Define content architecture and create texts for E2E flows.
• Design the storytelling of the products throughout the users’ journey.
• Test content and analyze the impact of texts through metrics and tools.
• Use data-driven insights to maximize content impact.
• Participate in UX Research instances to understand people, know their needs, and problems and propose solutions.
• Analyze and propose improvements in the work process of the UX team.
• Use data and research to assess the impact of content and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working as a UX Writer or UX Content Designer.
• Advanced level of English.
• Have experience working on digital product teams.
• Portfolios with works that show experience in product writing and/or writing in a digital environment.
• Capacity for self-management, proactivity, and strategic vision.
• Experience in creating texts for app flows and websites focused on users.
• Ability to understand the tone of voice, and extend and adapt it according to the context.
• Experience using Figma and Miro
• Experience in a content audit
