We are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for crafting and delivering the HealthVerity story through various digital channels. Leveraging a mix of copywriting, campaign management, social media and SEO expertise, this individual will partner closely with marketing and internal SMEs to develop an effective content strategy to support marketing objectives. 

The ideal candidate has healthcare / life sciences background and is familiar with content creation geared towards Pharma manufacturers or other enterprise healthcare organizations. We’re looking for someone who takes a data-driven approach to content creation, using data to develop and refine ideas, spot opportunities and create something compelling. This individual will be both a strategist and executioner, who enjoys seeing the big picture as much as tracking daily metrics and thriving on a fast-paced, nimble team!

What you’ll do

  • Lead content strategy to meet specific marketing goals including: lead generation, SEO, brand awareness and client engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, design and sales to develop content execution plans that support a consistent customer journey
  • Develop quarterly content calendars to map production of published blogs, case studies, e-books, videos and other collateral, etc
  • Increase key performance metrics to attract and move audiences with content, including organic traffic, time on page, click-thru rates, subscribers, form fills and registrations
  • Curate monthly content strategies using keyword research and competitive analyses
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and additional factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Manage social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter with the goal of growing engagement and improving organic social traffic to the website

Your background

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar area
  • Healthcare / Life sciences industry experience strongly preferred
  • At least five years of digital marketing / SEO / content marketing work in a collaborative B2B environment
  • Expert knowledge across all major social media and digital platforms with a knowledge and passion for following trends and emerging platforms
  • Strong writing and communications skills with experience writing for a variety of platforms
  • Excellent writing and editing skills; highly detail-oriented
  • Conscientious, and proven ability for time management
