Your focus will be on crafting a wide array of copy and content collateral for internal client stakeholders as well as B2B marketing. The client is a large technology company. The primary task will be collecting and editing the client’s customer success stories (commonly called case studies), ensuring a consistent style that follows brand and team guidelines. A variety of other content writing and editing tasks may be required as well, according to client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evolve and apply the client’s voice across a variety of internal and external-facing copy, following guidelines.
  • Communicate with multiple teams and clients to research and create narrative frameworks that bring brand experiences to life.
  • Help drive a cohesive product narrative across multiple touchpoints.
  • Understand complex and ambiguous issues and explain them via well-written social media, blog posts, emails, FAQs, website content and more.
  • Build processes for ongoing content sourcing and production.
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA, or professional experience equivalent.
  • 5 years of writing experience with a creative agency or in-house team for a technology, marketing, or retail brand.
  • Inspiring written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and how to apply them to content.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously, manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Proven teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to drive solutions.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people.
  • A strong interest in business strategy and objectives, with the ability to translate this understanding into something meaningful and beneficial to the consumer.
  • Exceptional creative sensibilities with aggressive attention to detail.
  • Experience with G Suite.
