We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. You will work across the marketing team to produce high-quality content for a wide variety of projects, including, collateral, social, web, and events. Your goal will be to create impactful content that engages our audience. If you love developing strategy and creating engaging content this is the role for you.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, and web copy on deadline
  • Adhere to the company mission and brand guidelines- updating voice and tone guidelines when needed.
  • Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics and additional analytics tools
  • Leverage SEO recommendations to develop content ideas and optimize content
  • Influence and maintain an editorial calendar
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges
  • Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our products’ core benefits properly and consistently
  • Ensure consistent messaging and our brand’s look and feel across different content deliverables

Job specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or writing-focused roles
  • Experience in HR tech industry, and/or experienced in B2B tech marketing a plus
  • Excellent written skills. Comfortable writing both long and short-form copy.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategy and channels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process and planning documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
  • Maintain an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create content that provides value to clients and potential clients
  • Strong analytical capability
