Job Summary: As the Creative Content Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the creation of compelling written content across all platforms to achieve our key communications and messaging goals. You will develop the social media strategy and create impactful social activities that lead to an improvement in brand loyalty, community growth, and ultimately service growth. As an integral role, you will work with internal and external stakeholders across all functions, to drive organic growth of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand consistency and guidelines
• Proofreading content and approves posting/publishing and ensuring brand accounts pages and content posts are up to date
• Execute, review and report on social media campaigns, analyze campaign performance and translate data into recommendations for future content
• Analyze web traffic metrics and optimizing content considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence to receive customer feedback and generate ideas increasing customer engagement
• Responsible in leading the overall creative and media operations - from planning to execution
• Collaborates with team to ensure holistic and timely execution of projects and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven ability to represent a brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity
• At least two to five years of related experience
• Excellent writing and communications skills with the strong understanding of editorial processes
• Excellent editing skills and a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex subject matter in an understandable and interesting style
• Collaborative, works well with others, and can thrive in a team environment
