Role: We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our dynamic team in Manchester to work across a brand new project that we're gearing up to launch. This full-time, hybrid role (1 day WFH after an initial training period) offers the flexibility of remote work while fostering in-person collaboration. In this role, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing content strategies that amplify our brands' voices and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing comprehensive content strategies tailored to the unique needs of our brands.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with overarching business goals.
• Producing high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content across various channels, including web, social media, and email marketing.
• Conducting content audits, analysing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, ensuring our content remains innovative and impactful.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic thinker and creative storyteller who brings:

• Proven experience in content strategy, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure content effectiveness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to develop and implement content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing best practices, and brand management.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
