The Senior Web Content Specialist maintains our content management system (CMS) and ensures product content is available as anticipated on our websites. In this position an expert within your group, and with others in the organization. Our company has been in business for over 35 years and is growing with the addition of many sister companies under our parent umbrella!

Key Responsibilities

  • Train new staff and act as mentors for posting content in production (such as monthly issues, websites, monographs, etc.)
  • Manage multiple projects and goals for yourself and your team
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners as needed to meet your project targets
  • Perform quality assurance checks of your work and that of others in your group
  • Recommend solutions and tackle problems related to your areas of responsibility
  • Maintain work instructions and process documentation for group
  • Post and update product content according to a monthly schedule, CE/CME-in-the-Letter quizzes, clinical resources, product home pages, resource hubs, landing pages for webinars, and content for peer reviews
  • Email peer review invitations and assist in maintaining a peer reviewer database and tracking
  • Assist CE team by posting issues and long-form courses in CE system(s)

Ideal Background

  • 2+ years of experience in web content development
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficient in HTML5 and content management software (Sitecore)
  • Experience in Adobe Acrobat (especially InDesign)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • BA degree or at least 3 years of comparable experience
