Qualifications

Who You Are

The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing the digital revenue strategy across all owned channels; with an emphasis on Hyatt’s global brands and personalization strategy. This role will help optimize and deliver the path to purchase for guests and members while driving engagement and incremental revenue. The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will work with global cross-functional teams to help execute the strategic direction of our digital offers and merchandising strategy, especially as it relates to property-specific offers. The coordinator is instrumental in upholding established processes, brand and quality standards for content that reaches Hyatt’s guests and members around the world.

  • Support the operational execution of merchandising asset builds and updates within internal and third-party Content Management Systems
  • Assist management in communication, development, and implementation of strategic personalized merchandising recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Digital, Marketing, and Revenue Management departments to bring property-specific offers to life across Hyatt’s owned channels
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment where evolving business needs may shift priorities and project deadlines
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring quality assurance and accuracy
  • Proactively communicate with the manager and team members in order to meet deadlines and respond to stakeholder requests and requirements

Experience Required: 

  • 2-4 years of business experience; specifically, within a digital or eCommerce merchandising capacity

Experience Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, merchandising, marketing or other related fields
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems
