Your role and project:
Your role will be based in the IBM Studio, a buzzing, modern working environment which brings together best-in-class practitioners, technology and workspace. Note: we are currently working remotely but will return to the studio when possible. You’ll work as a content designer across several Agile development squads and be an active member of our User Experience team, interacting daily with some of IBM’s global audience of business partners, understanding their needs and pain points and helping to propose solutions.
You will be entering an established, large-scale project that is in need of a content strategy and content design expertise. You will be responsible for owning all the written aspects of the product, suggesting changes to developed experiences and advising on the content design of new user journeys. In addition, you will coordinate with our translation team to ensure the content is accessible for all our users.
