As the Marketing Content Specialist, you will work collaboratively with IHP’s leadership, sales, administrative, and select marketing partners to consistently translate business goals into inspiring creative solutions and generate content that elevates the IHP brand.

Primary responsibilities include creating unique content across several platforms that support InHouse Physicians’ day-to-day leadership and innovation of healthcare services and helping to effectively manage conversations across these platforms. These activities will be primarily focused on InHouse Physicians’:

  • Innovation in the health and wellness space including workplace health
  • Extended leadership in the meeting & event category, specifically around health security, health risk mitigation, and health and wellness
  • Premier health services for international businesses
  • Clinical quality and outcomes

This role will creatively elevate the perceptions and visibility of InHouse Physicians’ value and reputation throughout the U.S. and Canada, primarily, by demonstrating both its 30-year history in health innovation and the evolution of new healthcare solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will focus on working with internal teams to develop and/or execute a quarterly content calendar with an emphasis on the following duties:

  • Writing weekly blogs with a strong point of view integrating industry-related data points; which may include video
  • Creating weekly content for IHP’s website, and for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Creating content for marketing and sales efforts including B2B collateral
  • Promoting and supporting IHP’s webinar and social content, as well as delivering relevant and compelling content resulting from webinars and speaking engagements
  • Cultivating new or existing communities on behalf of IHP, and tracking and nurturing positive engagement
  • Working with internal teams to mitigate negative commentary or engagement
  • Supporting IHP’s SEO optimization through link-building and social engagement

A few things about yourself:

  • Deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand marketing content and assets
  • Ensure design requirements are met in adherence to project goals
  • Own campaign look-and-feels, from ideation to delivery of assets
  • Optimize all assets for web, mobile, and larger screens
  • Fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
