Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Designer to join a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging and intuitive customer experiences for the Canadian Digital Banking product (digital controls and fraud prevention initiatives + alerts). You will collaborate closely with various product partners, designers, and content designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design
- Figma
- Large enterprise experience
- Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style
- Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions
- Transactional UX flows
- Payments, alerts, one-time password or other fraud prevention tools
