About Us:

InTime is a well-positioned Govtech company with over 20 years’ experience in a very niche space- Scheduling and workforce management software for Public Safety (i.e., Police, Fire, Corrections and Private Security). 

Our software helps Public Safety agencies in the US and Canada run a smoother operation with less manual paperwork so they can better serve their communities. To date, thousands of employees rely on InTime daily to improve their working lives.

Currently, InTime is poised for growth and is in the process of an exciting 2.0 rebrand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move from an agency environment to a more predictable, in-house environment to really “own” the brand.

The Role:

The Marketing Content Designer/Copywriter is a full-time role reporting to the Marketing Manager. It’s a role that is critical to our company’s ability to produce exceptional content in order to elevate our brand and communicate our value.

Role responsibilities:

Support:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to come up with campaign and content strategy across our email, social, tradeshow and advertising channels.
  • A/B testing email and landing page concepts to optimize conversion rates.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success Departments to concept and create sales enablement assets and support documentation.
  • Upholding the InTime brand, enforcing consistent brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Design & Copywriting:

  • Writing & designing email, blog, social and landing page content.
  • Creating digital assets such as banner ads, brochures and website assets.
  • Designing physical assets such as tradeshow booth displays, handouts and swag concepts.

Management:

  • Managing the InTime content calendar including email campaigns and social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

Requirements:

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing communications or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional digital-first design and brand experience (agency experience a plus):
  • Brochure design & copywriting
  • Social media and advertising assets & copywriting
  • Email design & copywriting
  • Website and/or landing page design & copywriting

Proven understanding & command of graphic design fundamentals:

  • Colour theory, composition, typography and photo editing (video editing a plus)

Working knowledge of the following tools:

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • HubSpot, or another email automation platform
  • Declarative Wordpress or other CMS

Soft skills:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch with attention to detail

Bonus if you have:

  • Agency production experience
  • Awareness of UX/UI fundamentals
  • Experience with digital advertising across major media platforms
  • Video editing experience
