Are you an analytical and creative writer with editing skills to match? Do you excel at multitasking? We’re looking for someone like you to join the TurboTax Customer Success team as a Content Editor! Each year we help millions of customers find answers to their questions by providing amazing self-help experiences. In this role, you’ll need awesome editing skills, of course, but you’ll also be a writer, a researcher, an analyst, maybe a coach, and definitely the manager of your projects. We work in a fun, dynamic, and fast-paced environment where we succeed as a team. If you’ve got what it takes, we’d love to hear from you!
