Our team is looking for a strategic thinker, inspired by what could be and driven to make it happen; a brilliant storyteller, with a passion for writing and an eagle eye for editing; and a collaborative team player, who recognizes that creating effective communications starts by communicating effectively.

As a Senior Communications Content Strategist, you will play a critical role in planning, developing, and measuring compelling content through a variety of internal channels including blogs, newsletters, presentations, emails, social media, strategic forums, and corporate events—all to help build an informed, engaged, connected, and inspired community of Intuitive employees.

In this position, you will: 

• Assist the Content Services Director in developing and co-lead implementation of an annual internal content strategy
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to execute executive and functional communications plans by creating content that reflects our leaders' voices and meets our client's communications objectives
• In partnership with our Corporate Programs and Events team, lead and develop event promotions and presentation messaging for corporate programs and strategic forums
• Create and execute communications plans for special assignments
• Write compelling copy for a variety of corporate communications (e.g. emails, presentations, blogs, key messages, video, and podcast scripts)
• Work closely with our graphic and presentation designers to make stories come to life with visually appealing content
• Work closely with the full EC&E team to drive engagement through internal channels and tools
• Develop and project manage consistent cross-promotion tactics to maximize content and tailor to a diverse range of employee interests and channels
• Measure success with key metrics, using the data to analyze performance trends, create reports for teams and clients, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
• Document our internal practices and processes
• In collaboration with EC&E leadership, conduct a content audit(s) as needed 

Qualifications

To adequately perform the responsibilities of this position, the individual must have:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal); writing, content or communications plans, and/or presentation samples required
• Experience developing content for a variety of channels, including digital applications, meetings, and events
• Extensive writing experience with a strong background in storytelling and corporate message development
• Strong copyediting skills and familiarity with AP style
• Ability to synthesize and articulate complex concepts quickly to a variety of audiences
• Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Minimum Degree in English, communications, public relations, or journalism preferred
• Minimum 10+ years of related content development focused on presentation development, and/or internal communications work experience preferred
• Background in medical device/health care industry strongly preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. In the highest cost-of-labor areas, the pay rate for this position is $128,700 to $185,300; the pay rate in the majority of the US is $109,500 to $157,500. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
