IPRO software combines best-in-class information governance and eDiscovery software with predictive analytics to offer the most open and effective solution to data challenges. IPRO transforms the EDRM and thinking “upstream”, we bring insight far earlier into processes, enabling organizations to change the way they interact with their data, eliminate waste, and reduce risk.
As a Technical Writer on our Documentation team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our software products. You will be an integral part of the product team and will write content to assist both system administrators and end users to complete their day-to-day work in our system. Documentation deliverables you will create include online Help content, learning center curriculum, release notes, and other presentation materials.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives:
Objective #1:
Within your first 3 months, you will be able to create/modify/publish documentation in at least one IPRO product, with a solid understanding of fundamental documentation processes.
Objective #2:
Within your first 6 months, you will have gained an advanced understanding of at least one IPRO product, with additional insight/familiarity with at least one other product.
Additionally, the Technical Writer will participate in the following processes within their first 12 months:
Who We’re Looking For – The Personal Competencies That Matter:
Technical chops – We need to know that we can lean on you to produce effective, engaging Help documentation on a deadline. This requires having the ability to quickly master the nuances and complexities of our products and rapidly adapt to changes. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of technical writing experience in a fast-paced software environment. Experience working in the Information Governance and/or eDiscovery fields is a plus.
Collaboration and relationship-building – We want someone with the ability to quickly establish rapport with team members and stakeholders throughout the company. You feel comfortable reaching out with questions, seeking further clarity, and providing feedback and support when needed.

You are just as comfortable crafting workflow-based documentation as you are peer-reviewing content and designing lessons for the Learning Center.
