Description: Our client is currently seeking a UX Writer & Content Designer 3
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality user-facing language for end-to-end experiences, incorporating principles on content design, voice, tone, and UX
- Leverage content patterns and frameworks to help solve user pain points, identifying and creating new solutions when patterns don't exist
- Partner closely with UX research, leveraging insights to help translate complex concepts and terminology into plain language
- Cultivate partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including those in design, research, product marketing, legal, marketing, and Eng
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related, as well as leading content strategy projects
- Experience with UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with partners in UX, engineering, and product management teams
- Portfolio highlighting UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines
