As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for editing instructional content for a digital-payment product—plus developing strategies, guidelines, models, and editorial processes.

Your deliverables will support an end-to-end customer experience that maintains messaging consistency and easy access to the right content in the right format (web, video, virtual assistant, and print).

Responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Edit draft copy to content standards.
  • Analyze the differences, commonalities and overlaps among content types (FAQs, inline help, instructions, quick-start guides, manuals, videos, webinars, etc.)
  • Interview key stakeholders on current processes and future content needs.
  • Create high-level guidelines for each content type.
  • Develop workflow and governance models.
  • Create models for all content types.
  • Align content within and among different categories.
  • Determine best model for future BAU processes.
  • Develop training materials

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of content strategy for a digital product, especially a B2B financial product.
  • knowledge of editing following AP Style book and JPM content guidelines.
  • Experience in management of content from many contributors and editing it into a consistent voice and tone.
  • Understanding of digital user experience, wireframes, client journeys, etc.
  • Ability to learn virtual assistant conversational principles.
  • Facility to quickly learn technical concepts (e.g., B2B digital payments, content management systems).
