Psychology Content Designer

Kalda is a digital mental wellbeing platform designed for the LGBTQIA+ community. We provide safe and affirming mental health support through evidence-based programs and content tailored to the unique challenges faced by our community. Our mission is to provide immediate, accessible, and inclusive mental health care combining clinical psychology with a deep understanding of LGBTQIA+ experiences.

Role:

We're seeking a talented Psychology Content Designer to help us craft engaging, evidence-based, and empathetic therapeutic courses for the LGBTQIA+ community. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, academic rigour, and sensitivity to lived experiences within the community.

What You'll Do:

• Design and write therapeutic courses on mental health topics specific for LGBTQIA+.
• Translate complex psychological concepts into accessible and actionable therapeutically effective content that uplifts and educates.
• Collaborate with the Kalda team to align content with brand voice and clinical standards.

About You:

• Required: Background in psychology, psychotherapy, or clinical psychology.
• Preferred: Experience in English literature, screenwriting, or science communication.
• Understanding of LGBTQIA+ mental health challenges.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with an empathetic and inclusive tone.
