Content Designer

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Content Designer in Greenwood Village, CO.

Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Content Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with product designers and content designers to create compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, content designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
• Create user-centered content strategies and solutions that align with product objectives and enhance the overall user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate content structure and functionality
• Conduct user research and analysis to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and needs
• Apply UI/UX best practices and principles to ensure consistency and coherence across digital products and platforms
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing to continuously improve the user experience
• Demonstrate showcase thinking by presenting design concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling manner
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content design and UI/UX
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the content design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in content design, UI/UX design, or a related role
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples and demonstrating a strong understanding of content design, UI/UX principles, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or Axure is a plus
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
