Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Content Strategist in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with UX Strategists, Researchers, Designers, and Accessibility Specialists to deeply understand our users' needs and turn those insights into experiences that make an emotional connection
  • Write clear, user-focused content for UI screens, microcopy, knowledge base articles, service and support tools and other needs determined by the product team
  • Make recommendations based on research and user testing that help deliver the best possible experience
  • Ensure content is consistent across products and channels, is relevant to the user and aligns with business objectives and our brand voice and tone
  • Ensure content aligns to the overall strategy for the product and meets accessibility, legal and regulatory needs
  • As a UX Content Strategist, you will audit content and create and manage a content inventory and change history
  • Present your strategies to peers, enterprise leaders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field
  • 4-6 of experience writing digital content with a focus on UI content strategy
  • Minimum of 2-3 work samples provided or a link to your portfolio or professional website
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills
  • Proven track record in designing and leading UI content strategy from start to finish
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Deep familiarity with user-centered design principles
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome and adjust quickly to new circumstances
  • Experience using content management systems
  • Experience with information architecture and interaction design experience
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and design collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Knowledge, chatbot and Pendo guides
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required
  • Familiar with Agile and have experience working as part of a specialized UX team, embedded on a digital product management team
