Kin and Carta Connect are looking for an experienced digital content designer; someone who can hit the ground running and can make an impact from day one. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join our team working across a number of recognised clients. A chance to work on projects that push the boundaries of brand and digital experience.
We’re not just looking for someone to come in and create brilliant interfaces or prototypes. We want an experienced content designer who can shape unique user-centric experiences. Someone we can rely on in creating, evaluating, updating and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, creatives, and copywriters.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience designing with web content, with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable using evidence, data and research to make content decisions; crafting journeys and content hierarchies based on the needs of users, while applying SEO and usability best practice. Working alongside our Content team, you will design with purpose for our clients, making sure content is accurately applied, relevant and aligned with brand identities and experience principles.
As part of the role you will be liaising with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver against client objectives. Presenting your design ideas and solutions with passion and professionalism. Earning trust with client stakeholders and becoming an invaluable person in the creation of digital communications and products. You will be a motivated self-starter, who feels confident working at the centre of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment, potentially across multiple projects. Happy interacting with users and client stakeholders alike, guiding design decisions based on research and insight, under the guidance of our Design Directors and Strategists.
We welcome applicants who have some experience under their belt in a Content or UX/UI design role. Either at an agency or in-house. We see this person playing a role which bridges the rigour in thinking of traditional UCD practice, with the visual creativity and understanding of a visual interface designer. It offers an opportunity to join an established and diverse agency design team during a period of growth and development. Working on global projects for well-respected client brands, and learning from an experienced team of UX designers, researchers and creatives who are all masters of their craft.
