At KMS Healthcare, the Digital Content Manager will be responsible for the development of lifecycle content marketing to support all stages of the buyer journey within our software target audience. This role will be focused on driving lead generation across a variety of digital channels to promote KMS service offerings and value propositions to software technology companies, payers, and providers. This person will serve in an entrepreneurial role – thinking about the holistic marketing program and platform placement while developing content and shepherding initiatives through to completion. This superstar will excel in digital marketing channel management, developing promotional content, website content, and blog content, and helping to form thought leadership into sales collateral to support marketing programs.

This position reports to the Healthcare Marketing Director and will assist in maintaining the overall positioning of our software audience across platforms, and will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle, as well as providing reporting on their owned marketing programs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into executable content strategy, developing an in-depth understanding of the full content lifecycle and stakeholder requirements for success.
  • Own and manage the creation of data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing content architecture and automation initiatives, including curating thoughtful touchpoints throughout the buyer journey.
  • Support the buyer lifecycle with crafted content to address objectives and promote sales discovery conversations.
  • Manage SEO strategy and optimization.
  • Research and evaluate digital marketing trends and serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing strategy and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize website content and structure
  • Project manage the execution of website content updates or landing page builds by determining requirements/changes, obtaining content, obtaining approvals, and executing by the design and development team
  • Provide insights on our competitive landscape relative to our offerings
  • Support the roll-out of new solution offerings for the Healthcare Practice
  • Think ‘scrappy’ about how to generate leads with content promotion and the continued nurture programs
  • Regularly report on ROI and insights for healthcare software lead generation efforts
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing on the audience, direction, and campaign priorities to align with business goals

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of experience marketing at a technology company
  • 5-7 years of content marketing experience
  • Prior experience marketing in services is a plus
  • Experience with healthcare a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Conversion-oriented thinker that knows how to effectively evaluate the performance of owned marketing campaigns
  • Collaborative team player with a ‘get-it-done’ attitude
  • Ability to work across several business stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot required
  • Proficiency in WordPress required
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce required
  • HTML web / email design preferred
