Job description

The E-Commerce Marketing and Content Coordinator leads the planning, development, implementation, and optimization of e-commerce content marketing and business plans that align with company's goals and objectives, aiming to achieve customer and sales growth. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute Marketing. Plan, create and execute digital marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, e-mail marketing, content marketing, influencer relations, media relations, social media and blogging. This will be include owning and managing the company’s marketing calendar for company across teams.
  • Identify Opportunities. Identify marketing goals and establish new growth opportunities.
  • Content Development and Management. Collaborate with content, design, and technical team to create engaging content to support marketing initiatives and sales objectives. You will work with others on development content, but also will write content strategically for our website and other mediums.
  • Social Media. Serve as social media strategist, responsible for paid and organic content planning and implementation on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Performance Tracking and Goals. Track performance across all digital channels, translating results into actionable insights, goals, and plans.
  • Brand. Maintain brand, editorial and design consistency, and quality
  • Develop and Execute Promotional Strategies. Develop and execute promotional strategies, such as cart abandonment, auto-ship, and other campaigns, lead generation landing pages, live chat, etc. 
  • Oversee Product and Marketing. Oversee products and marketing on website, including content management and product information. You must know the product!
  • Work with Internal and External Teams. Work with internal teams at the company (Customer service, technical, etc.) and external contractors (Marketing, copywriters, etc.) to make sure everyone is on the same page and results are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Education. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or journalism preferred.
  • Experience. 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Hungry. A hunger to lead marketing efforts for one of the fastest-growing companies in America!
  • Copywriting Skills. Copywriting, SEO writing, and proofreading skills.
  • Communication Skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Project Management Skills. Outstanding program management with the ability to manage internal and external teams and multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Organizational Skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Time Management Skills. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
  • Tech Savvy. Ability to grasp and effectively use many different applications and technology such as MS Office, Google suite, Shopify, CRM, e-mail, and other apps that operate the business.
