Job description

We are looking for a motivated, creative Content Manager to help us expand and enrich our employee communications. You’ll join an exciting Employee Experience team that’s dedicated to rewarding our fast-growing, mission-driven employee community with a work experience that’s inclusive, supportive, and rewarding. This role is 100% remote. 

Our ideal candidate is a talented writer who genuinely enjoys talking with people to learn about their work and stories, and who’ll advocate on behalf of our employee community by bringing them content that’s valuable and engaging. You’ll also have excellent planning and organizational skills to create, improve, and maintain content across all of our enterprise communications channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and mobile app, as well as new channels as we add them to our employee communications channel mix. Your duties will include analyzing metrics to help us maximize employee engagement and with our communications channels. 

As a part of the Employee Experience team, you will ensure all employees at every level of the organization have ready access to news, knowledge, training, and other key materials, and will help maintain a strong and cohesive culture aligned with the Landmark mission through dissemination of key internal communications and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Write and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve content from contributors
  • Manage SME input – re-writing it into a defined style, ensuring that it is clearly articulated and has a consistent voice
  • Ensure content is clearly communicated and is consistent across channels
  • Use content management systems to create content, analyze user engagement metrics, and monitor content/channel effectiveness over time
  • Take a data-driven approach to improving future content & communication
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, content contributors, and content reviewers/approvers
  • Assist with other tasks, as assigned

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets specific and multiple audiences
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a content management system
  • Ability to develop original content
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated professional relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent and to work well in teams and with others
  • Ability to optimize and think big picture, but also attend to detail as required
