ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with updates to LHR’s website and e-commerce uniform platforms.
  • Manage existing product information, inventory tracking, pricing, product categories and web content on uniform content management system.
  • Prepare and update photos for use on the web.
  • Maintain directory structure for files and images not managed within the content management system.
  • Organize email marketing projects, including campaign planning, creating and updating templates, creating content and graphics, organizing contact lists, coordinating platform migration, and implementing custom campaigns as needed.
  • Collaborating with Sales Team on content and plan monthly calendars for social media accounts, including scheduling campaigns and responding to questions/requests on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team and create and modify digital data sheets and brochures.
  • Translate print and electronic documents into formats suitable for web-based presentation.
  • Working closely with LHR Sales Team, creative services, web developers and program teams to ensure completion of all marketing materials and website updates.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  •  Experience organizing and modifying content in web platform backends.
  • Experience utilizing email marketing platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Strong understanding of digital content strategy and multi-modal communications with the ability to take a single subject and draft multiple communication products, adjusting tone and voice across platforms as appropriate.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
  • Must be a team player.
